Executive Director
Linda Riddle, Executive Director and Founder of Alternative Resource Center for Student Wellness, is a former teacher and tutor of students with learning disabilities. Linda has extensive experience in the field of special education and specializes in working with children and adults with learning disabilities, ADD and ADHD.
While searching for tools to help her daughter overcome a reading disability, Linda discovered the Irlen Method and used it to assist her daughter with distortions on the printed page. Inspired by her daughter's success, Linda became a Certified Irlen Screener and founded Alternative Resource Center For Student Wellness, bringing this valuable tool to adults and children in the Hampton Roads area.
